We have had another busy year visiting 1290 homes during 2021; 244 visits were to victims of house crime, 348 to victims of domestic abuse and 708 to elderly and vulnerable people who didn't feel they had adequate security to feel safe in their own home. Our Stay Safe Online Service has supported both victims of cybercrime and clients who wished to work proactively and improve their knowledge either over the phone and via video calls.

Whilst I can extol the virtues of the Bobby Van it is sometimes best to let our clients say it instead:

"We cannot thank the Bobby Van team enough for all the support and kindness when we had an unwelcome visitor to our house. The help and advice we received was more than we ever expected, it gave us confidence to know we're not on our own. The Bobby team is invaluable, please accept our ongoing thanks."

"I cannot thank the Bobby Van enough for making my home safe and giving me cyber training after being Victim of Fraud. Knowing I am not the only person who has gone through this and speaking to people who understand has helped me to get my confidence back with being online."

"I think this is a wonderful service; after the visit from your Bobby Operator I'm much happier with the security of my home and have peace of mind. I wish more people get to know about the Bobby Van Service. We greatly appreciate your service. Thank you."

We will continue to work tirelessly to raise the necessary funds to make sure we can continue this vital service.
