Whistledown Farm Development Road Naming

Upavon Parish Council are looking for ideas for the naming of the roads on the new housing development at Whistledown Farm. There are 4 roads that need naming, there is a main road through the development and then 3 smaller roads off, 4 names in all. The ending of the road name e.g. Road, Close, Avenue, etc. will be decided by the type of road that it is, for instance a cul de sac can't be called Road.

We have already had a few ideas, the first would be to name the roads after aircraft, especially with our links to the start of the Central Flying School here in Upavon, a second idea would be to name them after types of chicken, as the site, was, originally a chicken farm. A third idea is to have one of the roads called Whistledown, or have the whole development called Whistledown Farm, as that preserves the name of the original farm.
